General provisions

Loza CRM maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal activity and copyright violations. This page describes the procedure for submitting reports (Abuse reports) and DMCA requests, as well as the processing procedure.

All reports should be sent exclusively to abuse@loza-crm.com.

Section 2
Abuse report processing procedure

Upon receiving a report of a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Loza CRM applies the following procedure:

Step 1 — Freeze (within 24 hours): the suspected user's account is suspended, access to the Service is closed
Step 2 — Request evidence (within 48 hours): the account owner is notified with a request to provide evidence of legal activity — licenses, permits, contracts
Step 3a — Legality confirmed: if the user provides convincing evidence — access is restored, the report is rejected
Step 3b — Not confirmed: if evidence is not provided or is insufficient — the account is deleted, all data is purged
No refunds are issued for blocks due to AUP violations. The decision is made based on provided evidence.
Section 3
DMCA procedure (copyright)

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright holders may request removal of content that infringes their rights. A DMCA request must contain:

Full name and contact details of the claimant (email, postal address)
Description of the copyrighted material
URL or identifier of the infringing content in Loza CRM
A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
Physical or electronic signature of the claimant
DMCA requests are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Confirmation of receipt — within 24 hours.
Section 4
Safe Harbor

Loza CRM is an online service provider (intermediary) and claims Safe Harbor protection under applicable law (DMCA Title II, EU Digital Services Act).

Loza CRM does not create or host user content — the Service provides tools for managing data
Loza CRM promptly responds to reports and removes illegal content
Loza CRM cooperates with Cloudflare and law enforcement during investigations
Having an AUP and Abuse procedure ensures compliance with infrastructure provider requirements
Section 5
Abuse of the reporting system

Loza CRM takes reports seriously but also protects users from abuse:

False reports (bad faith reports) are rejected after review
Competitive attacks — reports from competitors aimed at causing harm — are identified and rejected
Repeated false reports from the same source are ignored
Claimants caught submitting knowingly false DMCA notices may be referred for legal prosecution
