Section 1
Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules that every Loza CRM User must follow. The AUP is an integral part of the Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read the AUP and agree to comply with it. Violation of any provision of the AUP gives Loza CRM the right to instantly suspend or completely block access to the Service without refund.

Section 2
Prohibited activity

The User is strictly prohibited from using the Service for the following types of activities:

Unlicensed gambling — online casinos, betting, lotteries, bookmakers without appropriate licenses in the target jurisdiction
Illegal pharma and nutra — selling medicines, supplements, medical products and prescription drugs without appropriate permits
Phishing — website spoofing, credential theft, fraudulent pages, brand and service impersonation
Spam — mass messaging without recipient consent, email-spoofing, SMS spam, messenger spam
Child exploitation — any content, product or activity involving minors (CSAM)
Terrorism and extremism — recruitment, financing, propaganda of terrorist or extremist activities
Money laundering — any schemes for legalizing, disguising or converting illegal income
Copyright infringement — distributing pirated content, DMCA violations, using others' trademarks
Malware — distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, exploits
Identity fraud — stealing or impersonating third parties' personal data
Section 3
Permitted activity

Loza CRM is designed for legal affiliate and performance marketing. The User may use the Service for:

Managing client databases, deals and campaigns within applicable laws
Traffic arbitrage using legitimate offers and licensed brokers
Integrations with third-party platforms through their official APIs
Analytics and reporting on their campaigns and traffic
Teamwork — with managers, operators — within their Workspace

Section 4
Consequences of violation

Upon detecting an AUP violation, Loza CRM applies the following measures:

Step 1 — Freeze: the account is instantly suspended, access is closed
Step 2 — Request: the owner is sent a request to provide evidence of legitimate activity (licenses, permits)
Step 3 — Decision: if legitimacy is not confirmed — the account is deleted, data is purged. If confirmed — access is restored
Refunds are not provided for bans due to AUP violations. The ban decision is made based on evidence and is not subject to appeal if the violation is confirmed.
Section 5
Safe Harbor and infrastructure interaction

Loza CRM is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. The AUP is developed in accordance with the Cloudflare Acceptable Use Policy to ensure Safe Harbor — protecting the service from liability for users' actions.

Upon receiving a report from Cloudflare or third parties — Loza CRM acts within the Abuse procedure
Loza CRM cooperates with law enforcement agencies in investigating illegal activities
The User bears full legal responsibility for their activities toward third parties and governments
